Dance and the creative process are the fountain of youth. I will never stop learning, never stop exploring, never stop finding my edge. I encourage others to join me. I have also written about dance as a reviewer, scholar and author.

All people are dancers with a natural curiosity of space, time, and movement. I am there to witness the wonder of discovery and encourage improvisation, creativity, strong technique along with a healthy self-narrative.
Martha Graham once said that wherever a dancer stands ready is hold ground. Part of my mission as a teacher is to encourage reverence for dance as an art form and commitment to the work.
